One of my favorite sayings is “If you want something bad enough, be dedicated to it.” Over the years I have been tested and refined as a leader in the company. I believe more than ever that travel is needed to remind us we are all living together, but in our different cultures on this beautiful planet! As the leader of Carson Travel my focus is on my team and overseeing the day-to-day operations for my team’s success in the business.
Luxury travel, wine tours, and working with my recurring clients keep me busy. I love introducing clients to new luxury experiences in travel. I have enjoyed 20 years in the travel industry and 17 of those leading Carson Travel. I love leading small groups and traveling the world. As a WSET III, I bring a wonderful wine educational experience on my private wine tours with my clients. These are my favorite experiences!

France- One of my favorite trips was on Azamara in the Bordeaux and Normandy region. History and fabulous wine!

As of today...what is your all-time favorite destination and why?
My favorite destination is anywhere a cruise ship takes me. As a caregiver and nurse, I’m used to taking care of others—but cruising gives me the chance to relax, reset, and feel truly cared for myself. From the moment I step onboard, I’m able to unwind and enjoy every detail of the experience. That sense of being looked after is what makes cruising so special to me, and it’s a feeling I love helping others discover for themselves.

I have been a travel agent for just over 2 years. I have booked a variety of vacation types for many clients including All-Inclusive and cruises, to à la carte where we book rooms/places to stay, flights and rental cars and excursions. Personally, I have been to many locations, from Hawaii, to Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Mexico. I have also been to many places inside the US including New Orleans, Nashville, Vegas, Florida and many more.
I make sure to ask many questions up front so I understand exactly what type of vacation my client is looking for so I can come up with the best options to meet those needs. This includes details all the way down to what type of room is important to you to what times of the day do you prefer to fly. I have found understanding from the beginning what my client is looking for, makes it a great process in booking their dream vacation.
As of today...what is your all-time favorite destination and why?
I have enjoyed every destination I have been too... one because they have all offered so much in the form of relaxation or learning about the city but two because of who I share the memories with. Costa Rica will always hold a special place, due to that being where we got engaged but Hawaii was extremely relaxing and fun too. I am a huge fan of All-Inclusive resorts and have been to many... so nice to have it all paid for and included ahead of time! The memories I have made on all my trips with my husband, friend and family are truly priceless!

I am new to the travel industry and enjoy traveling! My favorite places I have visited have to be Canada, the Carribean, and Florida.
I recently experienced an Explora Journeys cruise, and they have the most stunning ships and have everything one could ask for- they are AMAZING! I would love to highlight Explora more because everyone should experience that beautiful ship at least once in their life.
