As an independent contractor, you will have the ability to set your own schedule and work remotely. This is a fee- based position, where the fee allows you to earn income off the sales you book under the agency, without the burden of setting up your own company. Our very generous IC split (80/20) allows agents to enjoy great payout from their very first sale! Beginning in 2026 all Independent Agents can also have zero or reduced fees based on previous years sale production! Our fabulous training program allows those with no past travel industry experience to come in and begin learning right away.

Agency onboarding and vendor training, errors and omission coverage, access to our consortia products including booking tools and more training, the ability to sell travel and make an income, reduce travel opportunities, and much more are part of this program. Sales experience or great people skills are helpful in this position, and one must have a computer to do operate in this position. Send resume below!
